THE LEARNING GUILD PHILOSOPHY.
TRCG is not a traditional agency. We are a guild. A group of learners, creators, and professionals building side-by-side.
Every project is an apprenticeship for someone and a delivery for a real client. Mentorship, code review, and shared retros are how members improve while the work ships.
Experience compounds across the group. Junior members grow because seniors teach out loud. Clients benefit because every deliverable passes through more than one perspective.
